Who it fits
Good fit for
This cart suits families with multiple young children who want to ride together. The four-seat layout and 264 lb capacity support siblings or friends sharing the experience. The 4WD system and spring suspension make it suitable for yards with grass or mild bumps. Parents who want oversight will appreciate the remote control feature. The two speed settings allow beginners to start slow at 1.86 mph. It is a good fit for driveways or flat lawns where group play is common.
Who should skip it
Look elsewhere if you need high speed. The max speed is only 4.35 mph. This is too slow for older kids seeking thrill. The 24V 7Ah battery may not last long for very long sessions. The unit weighs 72 pounds, making it heavy to move. If you prefer a single-rider vehicle, this four-seat design is not for you. The lack of all-terrain tires limits off-road use. Buyers wanting advanced tech features should check other models.
Verdict: The LIGIANT 24V 4-Seater Golf Cart is a practical choice for families wanting a shared ride. Its 4WD system and parent remote make it safe and stable for group outings.
Key specs for this 4-seater
Seats: 4-Seats
This model offers seating for four children simultaneously. The layout features two rows, allowing siblings or friends to ride together. The listing recommends this for kids ages 3 and up. This capacity supports group play in the yard. You should verify that your children fit comfortably within the 28.3-inch width and 51.4-inch length dimensions for a safe and enjoyable shared experience.
Voltage: 24V
The vehicle uses a 24V power system, which typically provides more torque and longer run times than 12V models. This higher voltage supports the 4WD drivetrain and multiple features like Bluetooth audio. It allows the car to maintain speed on slight inclines. When comparing ride-on cars, 24V systems are often chosen for older children who need more power for extended outdoor play sessions.
Drive Type: 4WD
Four-wheel drive sends power to all four wheels, improving traction on grass, gravel, or uneven surfaces. This feature enhances stability and control compared to rear-wheel drive models. It helps the vehicle navigate rougher terrain in the yard without getting stuck. If you plan to use the car on varied ground, 4WD offers better performance and safety for young drivers learning to steer.
Max Speed: 4.35 mph
The top speed reaches 4.35 mph, which is moderate for a 4-seater ride-on car. Two speed settings allow you to start at a slower pace for beginners and increase it as skills improve. This range is safe for supervised play in driveways or large lawns. When shopping, consider that higher speeds may require more open space and mature handling skills from the child.
Design and Build Overview
The listing describes this LIGIANT model as a golf cart style vehicle with a removable canopy. You can choose the A-With Roof size option. The canopy provides shade and protection, but removing it allows taller children to ride without hitting their heads. The exterior finish comes in five colors: pink, white, brown, blue, and black. This allows you to match the vehicle to your child's preference or your yard decor.
The vehicle measures 51.4 inches in length, 28.3 inches in width, and 45 inches in height. It weighs 72 pounds. This mass suggests a stable platform for four riders. The layout features two 21-inch-wide rows. Each seat includes a seat belt. Two rear anti-roll wheels add stability during everyday rides. Rear footrests give passengers a place to settle in.
Controls include a foot pedal for the driver and a parent remote control. You can use the remote to guide the ride when needed. The 4WD system and spring suspension help handle bumps. The listing notes that the suspension softens impacts along the way. This design supports group play in the yard or on smooth driveways. The combination of size and weight makes it suitable for shared adventures rather than solo use.
Setup and everyday use
Setting up this ride-on car involves assembling the main chassis, installing the wheels, and connecting the 24V 7Ah battery. You will attach the spring suspension system to ensure stability. The removable canopy requires securing the roof structure to the frame. If you prefer the open-air configuration, you can detach the canopy to provide more headroom for taller children. The footrests in the rear need to be fixed in place for passenger comfort.
Everyday use begins with charging the battery fully. The vehicle features two speed settings, ranging from 1.86 to 4.35 mph. Young drivers start at the lower speed and can switch to the higher setting as they gain confidence. The 4WD system helps maintain traction on various surfaces. You can monitor the battery level using the built-in display, which indicates when it is time to recharge.
Parental control is managed via the included remote control. This allows you to guide the vehicle when necessary, ensuring safety for all four riders. Each seat is equipped with a seat belt. Two rear anti-roll wheels add extra stability during turns. For entertainment, you can connect a USB device or use Bluetooth to stream music and stories. The built-in speakers and volume knob make audio adjustments simple. The radio function provides another listening option. This setup supports shared rides, making it suitable for siblings or friends playing together in the yard.
Before You Buy This Model
Before adding this LIGIANT 24V 4-Seater Ride-On Car to your collection, check your storage space. The vehicle measures 51.4 inches in length and 28.3 inches in width. Ensure your garage or shed can accommodate these dimensions comfortably. Verify that your home outlets support the 24V 7Ah battery charger. The listing does not specify charger voltage, so confirm compatibility with your existing power sources to avoid damage.
Consider the weight capacity. With a 264 lb total limit, this model suits younger children or smaller groups. Older, heavier kids may exceed the recommended age range of 3+. Maintenance involves cleaning the removable canopy and checking the spring suspension for debris. This golf cart style fits well alongside standard ride-ons, offering group play options.
